Kathleen Tyson-Quah, CEO, and Jim Jones, payments technology consultant, have more than 40 years of payment and settlement systems expertise between them.  Each brings a wealth of knowledge about market infrastructure, payment  and settlement systems, bank operations and proven technology to the task of designing solutions meeting the unique needs of multilateral payment systems, commercial banks, investment banks and other participants in global markets.

Granularity Ltd projects include:

·                 Development of a global solution for monitoring and controlling intrabank payment risk in domestic and cross-border payments operations in real-time using a flexible web-based solution that interoperates with any payment system.

·                 Solution design, consortium selection and bid management for the Iraqi Banking Network and Payment System, which has successfully enabled banks to operate nationwide payments and communications in Iraq since October 2003 and which interoperates with global payments through the Visa National Net Settlement Service.

·                 Preparation and presentation of a global securities collateral workshop for Brit Training in South Africa, recognising legal, liquidity and credit risk management issues specific to South Africa.

·                 Advising the Dubai Financial Services Authority in connection with authorisation of the Dubai International Financial Exchange, addressing legal requirements, regulatory criteria, risk management, governance, technology and other critical requirements.
